English Literature Students
Darn to all students in every school who took the English Literature as their option subject. Wait, that's me right? Yea, that includes me. Anyways, yesterday; July 10th 2008, we were having our English Literature lesson just for thirty minutes. Our teacher, Mrs. Joe Murphy; told us about "Who wants to go to UK next year".
Pretty much, I was like; "OMFG! I wanna go!" Yes, it's pretty cool that English Literature students were given the opportunity to visit Shakespeare's Theatre and all that stuff. I even get more excited when I hear Mrs. Murphy said this: "Yes, we can go shopping as well in the mean time."
Basically, it is cool going to UK and all that; BUT .. .. that doesn't mean going to UK is totally FREE, right? So yeah; we, English Literature students must pay $3,000 for the ticket. I don't really know about this currency stuffs and all. I only remember Mrs. Murphy wrote this on the white board in the Senior English Reading Room.

That's what I remembered. Since we're like going on the 17th March, I think it's during spring or summer; either one. I've discussed this thing with my parents though when we were having dinner at Teo Poi Hoon Foodstall.
Flare: "Siuk jua tu mun ke UK."
Mummy: "Yang sayangnya mahal bah. Tiga ribu? Mati! Mun seribu dapat jua di pikirkan."
Daddy: "Baik pulang ke Singapura tu."
Brother: " Eh, ke Singapura? Baik pulang Azmi ke sana tu. Babah cakap "baik pulang ke Singapura", kan? Nah, baik tah ke sana."
Daddy: >_>
Mummy: "Mun Iman JADI ke UK; balikan Mummy handbag kah apakah."
Flare: *get the feeling that I'm going there next year*
Brother: "Bah! Balikan baju bula tah nah! Gambar kan stadium Manchester!"
Flare: -__-" "Iman kan gambar the Buckingham Palace ah. Macam siuk sul nya."
Brother: "Gambar kan Queen Elizabeth ah! Cakap ja: "Yo! Queeny!""
Flare: =__="
So that's how it goes. Technically, it's not just this; that both of my parents have to think of, we're like going to move in to a new house but I don't know when. Yes, my dear Nana kins. I'll be moving to a new house. Currently, my daddy have to own this "tanah" thingy majigy and then, set up a new house plan and then wait for the house to build. Pretty simple, I guess. NOT!
No! It doesn't seem so simple and no, we're not rich like I've told you! I've read an article or some sort in a certain "private" file; since I really want to know about this moving thing. So yeah, I read it and I was like TOTALLY STUPEFIED READING IT!
It list down all of the names of these Royalty names of Raja Isteri (my late grandfather's sister), Pengiran Naimah (my grandmother), even my Daddy's name is on it too and some part of his siblings and as well as the other "Yang Mulia Princesses".
I've read it was something about waris or something like that. Since I'm so dumb and too stupefied reading it, I just close the file and act like nothing happen. So yeah, boom! End of story ne.
